CCC Field Trip Planned

• Malibu Is on Agenda for Quick Visit

The California Coastal Commission is scheduled to take a field trip of the Malibu coastline on Thursday, Jan. 12, when it meets at the Annenberg Community Beach House in Santa Monica.

It will be the first official field trip of the newly composed commission, which will leave the beach house at 10:30 a.m. and then visit various points along the Pacific Coast Highway and the Malibu coastline. The commission will return at approximately 2:30 p.m. to complete its remaining agenda, according to a CCC public notice.

The public is invited to attend by following the commission vehicle(s) in private vehicles and joining the commission at designated stops.
